Long live the Queen!

Queen, a powerful or forceful female person,

Not as a birthright or a title,

But as one who has discovered herself,

Accepted how she looks and where she is from,

And now flourishes in all her beauty and glory.

In her majesty and finesse,

She cannot be tamed,

Not by the prejudices of others,

Or their naming and shaming,

Because she carries herself with much grace,

And she is guarded by virtue.

She is fierce, brave, bold and of course beautiful!

The beautiful one was born when she came into this world,

But life did not make her royalty on its own terms,

She exhibits the character, the poise, the elegance,

And class of a Queen.

Long live this Queen,

And long may she reign,

Cos this is not about a crown but an identity,

It is not an office but insolent boldness.

This is no queen’s gambit,

Nor some bitter rivalry for who is the slay-queen,

It’s intrepidity.

She does not want power for herself,

Only to effect a change with it,

Cos that's what leadership is good for.

And She does not need the approval of the masses,

Only the purity of her mission.
